I’m sorry for the delay in my response. The 4th of July is a big American holiday and Scott and I have been celebrating with friends and catching up on rest after our long vacation with family.
The tour was excellent. There were no problems. The car service picked us up on time and delivered us to and from the airport. The driver was very nice and efficient. The flights were easy! We were picked up in Cappedocia by Mr. Hasan (our driver) and Aygan (our tour guide) and we spent a lovely 2 days with them. We saw everything we had hoped to see and more. My family was very impressed with the service we received and they were delighted by the entire trip.
The hotel was also excellent. Having been to Cappedocia before, Scott and I both agreed that should we ever go back with more family we will absolutely want to stay at this hotel again.
Overall we are very appreciative of the time you spent helping us put this trip together. Thank you for your patience with my mistakes and for doing everything you could to help us.

Turkey is a beautiful country with so much history, it is fascinating!! I have learnt so much more.

It was my first experience travelling from city to city by myself, but it seems like everything was well organized.

In one sequence we travelled from Cappadocia to Istanbul then to Doha, then Singapore and finally to Brisbane. it took me a few days to get over the trip however young Rob who is as strong as an ox was back at work within a couple of days telling his mates about his wonderful trip to Turkey. You and Ruta not only put together an excellent itinerary but you delivered it with style. We met many Australians who had gone to Gallipoli for Anzac day yet we were the only ones able to say that we had been to each of the four services held the day. This is a small miracle that I have passed on to my travel agent Tom Fischer who was pleased to be able to hear a first-hand report of the operations of your travel agency. Rob and I were also impressed with the way in which you organised our new hotel in Cappadocia as well as the hot air balloon ride and the various transfers– including our final transfer in Istanbul during which we were in thrall to hear the history of your life.
It is people like you Yilmaz you make things happen and people like me who have great expectations. An aeronautical friend of mine once told me that according to aeronautical engineering principles a bee should not be able to fly. The fact that it can fly is based purely on its willpower and energy. You my friend are such a bee. You should not be able to do all that you do but your willpower and energy allowing you to achieve what to many seems impossible.You met my expectations—and then some!

Our family of thirty (30) decided to go to Turkey this year. The age group spans from our mother in her 70’s to our 4 year-old niece. As planning, arranging and executing always pose almost insurmountable challenges, we were most fortunate to have come across True Blue Tour Travel Agency, which is a local tour operator in Turkey, whose principals, particularly Eyup Karapinar, who made this trip one of, if not, the most memorable and fun-filled family vacations. Considering the diverse composition of our group, True Blue successfully tailored our tour to fit all our requests, requirements and more!
From the time we were picked up at the airport, with our own luxurious tour bus, to our strategically (walking distance to all the important tourist spots) and very nice hotels, to our flights to the different destinations, to the very educational tours via our own private bus (whenever necessary) and conducted by very knowledgeable English-speaking guides (who made sure anecdotes always kept the interest of our young members), to our cruise along the Bosphorus River in our own private boat, to the different meals at local restaurants which allowed us to sample the different cuisines of Turkey, we felt that True Blue Tour Travel Agency exerted their best.
Of the many truly noteworthy services, I would like to specifically mention: (1) the 24/7 availability/service; (2) the kindness and considerate gestures of Eyup buying us and giving us umbrellas when the rains came while we did our walking tour at Sultanahmet area, as well as, buying my medication for a minor ailment, but, most specially, attending to our mother during the entire trip; (2) the very personal attention provided regarding departure arrangements of some of our other family members who had to leave ahead of others; (3) Eyup arranging our securing local SIM cards for communication purposes; (4) Eyup providing us free tram tokens when we wanted to try out the local transport system; (5) Eyup being able to grant our transport requirement immediately during our free days when we wanted to go to areas far from our hotel; (6) and basically, granting any and all our whims!
The bar has been raised! Our family members now have a higher benchmark to compare our next family trips! Thank you very much, True Blue!
We definitely recommend True Blue to any one, any group wishing to travel to Turkey!

We had a wonderful experience in Turkey, thanks to you and your arrangements. There are many tour operators with their varied modus operandi, but with you we felt a warm and personal touch not felt with others. There can always be a “better deal”, but we left Turkey with a feeling of “getting value for money” and we have no major complains except one (probably not a complain but a feedback). The balloon ride with urgupballoons.com was not upto the mark. We did not go high enough [only 200 metres](whereas at the same time and from the same site, balloons from other companies went up 3 times more).
I have no hesitation in recommending your company to people in India.
I would also add that your guide Berk was excellent and we had a great time with him. Let him know that we appreciated his work.
We are still doing he scandinavia tour and hence the delay in replying.

方で、日英の説明があって、わかりやすかったです。ツアーではあるものの、
少人数だったのも良かったと思います。
イスタンブールでも、いろいろ絨毯なども教えていただいたりと勉強に

Hi Eyup,
My husband and I truly enjoyed working with True Blue Tour company and would give our recommendation to your agency if asked by any of our friends. From the get go, we appreciated your prompt responses and also working with someone who spoke great English. Communication was never a barrier. You were always willing to answer my questions and modify our tour according to our needs and requests. During our tour, there was always someone there to greet us and pick us up upon arrival to all destinations. Plans were well made and coordinated. All hotels were good- we especially liked the Hotel Kybele in Istanbul and Mediterra Art Hotel in Antalya. All of the guides spoke English well and with the exception of the Ephesus tour, we were very pleased with all of our tour guides. Pricing was reasonable.A few suggestions I have for improvement are:
1. Let your customers know in advance/prior to booking how long the bus transfers will be. Customers may be willing to pay a bit extra to avoid long bus rides and fly (when possible) between destinations. For example, on our itinerary it stated “Morning bus to Urgup, arrival in Cappadocia and Free and Easy day. Overnight in Cappadocia”. Only after we arrived in Istanbul were we informed that this was actually a 10 hour bus ride, all day long, and not really a “free and easy day in Cappadocia” as we interpreted it to be. (Our third bus ride after several long bus rides during our tour).
Length of the bus transfers should be stated on the itinerary. Had I known we would be spending so much time on the bus, I would have rearranged our itinerary entirely prior to booking. My husband had surgery one week prior to our trip, so we would have never elected to travel around taking such long bus rides (3 hours to and from Pammukale, 8.5 hours from Ephesus to Antalya, 10.5 hours from Antalya to Cappadocia) If it had been possible to fly within Turkey, I would have been willing to pay a bit extra and shift our plans to visit those cities accessible by plane. It would have been nice to have been presented these options or be made aware that we would be spending this much time on buses.
2. When we arrived in Istanbul and reviewed the itinerary with you on our first night, you told us to wear our hiking clothes in Cappadocia, as we would be hiking in the snow. This information would have been helpful to know prior to leaving the US so we could have packed appropriately. We did not have hiking shoes, but I wish I had packed some. Perhaps on the itinerary you could fine tune the details, and include additional detail on what to pack/expect. Another example is the travertines in Pammukale. We were not prepared to take off socks/shoes and walk inside the pools/travertines. We were told after the tour guide picked us up that people change into their swimming gear in the locker rooms and can actually swim. We were not aware we could do this, as our itinerary simply stated “Finally we visit the calcium terraces and pools.”

our recent trip to Turkey (Oct.31-Nov.7). We are recommending Turkey as
a MUST to all our friends. And because True Blue was very accommodating,
friendly and efficient, we will not hesitate to recommend you to our Filipino
friends.
While I just found you in the Internet, it was kind of you to consider one of
the hotels that I suggested in Istanbul — Hotel Seraglio. I know that you
have not yet used them in the past but you went out of your way, to the extent
of prepaying our stay, to book us in this hotel. We were wonderfully surprised
with the cleanliness, efficient service of a very lean staff and the ‘chicness’
of this boutique hotel. The beds and pillows were so clean and fluffy. I’m
not sure whether it was because the hotel is very new(8 mos), or they are
really trying to maintain very good standards in the hotel. We strongly
urge you to continue using this hotel for your other clients in the future.
Our Istanbul tours and our other tours in Ephesus and Cappadocia were very well handled by your partner tour agents. Our domestic flights were well-taken cared of, and even while an overnight bus ride will never be as convenient as a plane ride, we were nevertheless impressed with the efficiency of the buses including snacks on the bus and good roads. When our flight from Cappadocia to Istanbul was suddenly cancelled because of the heavy fog, you and your partner Yilmaz acted so quickly in getting us on the overnight bus ride just so we make it back to Istanbul in time to catch our flight back home the following night. And again, Hotel Seraglio allowed us to do a very late check-out at 4:30 p.m.
We also found Selcuk to be a charming town and we had a nice walk around and some good shopping while waiting for our overnight bus ride to Cappadocia. I would have preferred to stay in this town for two nights than in Kusadasi. In Cappadocia Palace Hotel, while the cave room itself was unique and interesting, it would be less messy if the bath tub could be covered with a curtain or an enclosure to prevent water from splattering all over the bathroom. Not everyone is keen on a bath tub. All in all, we were very happy with all the arrangements you made for us including your personalized pick-up and drop off at the airport. What we realized after our tour is that 7 days is too short to appreciate all the sights, cities and marvels that Turkey has to offer. We should have added one day in each city to rest, walk around and relax while enjoying your wonderful Apple Tea! I wish I could have brought more of it home!

improvements to the itinerary as follows:
- Ephasus trip is quite tiring as we have to walk quite a distance to see all the historic sites.Probably not that interesting for kids.You have to add some interesting programs to thekids for this Ephasus trip.
- Hotel in Kusadasi is quite old. Probably newer hotel and the one closer to the beach couldbe proposed instead.
- We have almost two free days in Instanbul towards end of our trip. Probably if we could stayin the hotel nearer to the Grand Bazaar would be good for our shopping.
Anyway you have offered us a good package and it was really worth the money.

We were blown away by our 2 weeks in Turkey & will recommend to our friends to visit your great country & to get in touch with you if they need a travel agent. In the rush to leave Cappodoccia, I think I may have forgotten my brown toiletry bag at the Turkish bath in Gomeres ( spelling ? ). My spare pair of prescription glasses were in the bag. Is there any chance of you phoning the Turkish baths to find out if the bag is there &, if so , ask them to send it to you & if you could be so kind as to have it delivered to the Anson Suites with my name on it. A friend of mine from Durban stays there regularly & he can bring it back.

- Very well organized
- Economical

Really we enjoyed a lot, and I am recommending my friends to travel Turkey through you.
One suggestion, you should also put your input (suggest us) to plan a tour considering the age of family members, especially people having kids so they can all enjoy. In our trip there was not much for the kids to entertain their selves. But we will look into this on next trip.

They treated us very well, and we enjoyed very much of every side where they took us, like the little village of Selcut, Efhesus, Pamukkale, Ürgup and overcoat the Capadoccia!!!. The hotels were very well and their staff treated wonderfull, they were very attentives with us in every moment. The lengthy journeies in bus around 12 hours were very hard. The truth is we passed very well and knew people very interestin. We arrived to Istanbul at 10:30 a.m. we went to the hotel very quick to take of our luggage and for last to visit the Grand Bazar to can buy the last presents with our family. And, of course, we don´t have any time to come near to see you because our bus went out for the airport at 13:00, what a shame! I’m going to bring my Anzac Tour blog to a close. The tour was everything I had hoped for and more. Having a small group made it so much easier to negotiate the logistical nightmare of thousands of people swamping the Gallipoli Peninsula for the two days, and for that, and for the flawless operation of the trip, I give full credit to Yilmaz and his team at True Blue Tours. I’ve done a fair few tours while backpacking in the last few years, and this one was without a doubt the best organised of them all.
