Destinations & Itinerary
Day 1 ISTANBUL
Arrival to Istanbul Airport and transfer to hotel, remainder of day at leisure
Overnight in Istanbul.
Day 2 ISTANBUL
Breakfast served at the hotel then on to explore Jewish Heritage while visiting the Galata neighbourhood, Neve Shalom Synagogue, Ashkenazy Synagogue, the Balat area, Ahrida Synagogue and the Jewish Hospital in Haskoy. After the tour, return to hotel and evening at leisure. Overnight in Istanbul
Day 3 ISTANBUL - IZMIR
Today visit the other landmarks of Istanbul such as the Blue Mosque, St Sophia, Hippodrome, Grand Bazaar and Topkapi Palace. After the tour, transfer to the airport for evening flight to Izmir. On arrival, transfer to hotel and evening at leisure. Overnight in Izmir.
Day 4 IZMIR - SARDIS
After breakfast depart to visit Bikur Halim and Beth Israel Synagogues then drive to Sardis, capital of Ancient Lydia. Visit the famous Synagogue and Temple of Diana before heading on to Kusadasi with the evening at leisure. Overnight in Selcuk or Kusadasi.
Day 5 EPHESUS - SARDIS
Today explore the Ancient City of Ephesus on this full day tour. Tour also includes visits to the House of Virgin Mary, Church of St John and Temple or Artemis. End of tour and transfer to Izmir Airport for return flight to Istanbul. Overnight in Istanbul.
Day 6 ISTANBUL
Free day at leisure to relax or explore further on your own. Overnight in Istanbul
Day 7 ISTANBUL
Transfer to the Istanbul Airport for your return international flight
